We hate to add a but…BUT we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that we do not enjoy charging guests for services they haven’t received. However, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, and our stylist’s, who make a percentage of the service, loose income for that time since we do operate off commission. Our appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
We will be asking for a credit card, if we don’t already have one on file to book your appointment.
After 24hours guests will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Last minute cancellations will result in a full-service charge.
Not Showing up to a scheduled appointment will result in a full-service charge.
If a guest is too late for the service we reserve the right to charge for the full service.
Guest may cancel via phone, email, or text. If you are not opted into our confirmation service please ask a reservation specialist and we will be happy to do so.
